Transportation in Amsterdam

The city of Amsterdam has a wonderful public transit system.  The transportation network is comprised of trams, buses and metro trains.

Many Dutch people travelling by bike and the city is certainly bike-friendly!

In addition to its huge airport, the city is home to a cruise ship terminal and large central train station.
